On the night of October 1, 2017, white male Stephen Paddock allegedly opened fire upon a crowd of tourists attending a music festival. According to suspicious reports from the Las Vegas Review Journal, at least 59 persons may have been killed. No evidence of this figure has been sent to any jury.

Mr. Paddock was never arrested, was never tried, and was never convicted by a jury of his peers. Mr. Paddock was privileged. He was allowed to carry a cache of weapons into his room un-noticed and disregarded by the housekeepers at The Mandalay Bay Resort.

Stephen Paddock was deemed 'Safe', 'Trustowrthy', and 'All-American'. Sunny Bailey, and other persons who support systemic racism, would have supported and ruled in the favor of Mr. Stephen Paddock prior to October 2017.

Therefore, the alleged victims of the alleged event in Las Vegas, if any, were really victims of reverse discrimination; the same type of discrimination that can be expected of Sunny Bailey at Department I, as she seeks to become a judge.
