Judicial candidate Yvette Chevalier Lopez first raised the issue that Sunny Bailey had possibly been canvassing for supporters and endorsements while on the bench or during her employment as a Hearing Master.

There are facts about Sunny Bailey, her sunnybailey.com website, and her campaign that are very troubling, as pointed out by her opponent Yvette Chevalier Lopez, and others.

Sunny Bailey filed for her judicial candidacy in January 2020, but registered the sunnybailey.com website as early as March 15th, 2019, according to the domain name register Tucows Domains Inc. The website uses WIX servers: NS0.WIXDNS.NET, NS1.WIXDNS.NET.

The Sunny Bailey website was created with an inferior website builder called Wix. Wix is a website builder platform for low I.Q. persons and/or cheap persons who refuse to support American web designers.

The use of the Wix platform and Wix servers indicates that Sunny Bailey apparently does not believe in supporting local website designers or local hosting companies.

The endorsement image of her supporters is also interesting. The image address bears the cheap Wix stamp: https://static.wixstatic.com/. The code indicates that the image was dragged instead of placed. The static name of this code is BaileySupporters.png.

Sunny Bailey Reveals 180 Supporters on Day of Website Launch

As stated above, on January 17th, 2020, Sunny Bailey officially filed her judicial application to become a Nevada judge. However, as far back as March 2019, she had already secured her Sunny Bailey for judge website.

The date that the website was launched coincided with the judicial application. We are led to believe that Sunny Bailey magically generated at least 180 supporters in 1 day. Or, should we believe the theory that Soon Hee Sunny Bailey was polling and canvassing for votes while performing judicial duties? Is this the type of slick, and immoral, judicial candidate that Nevada residents want as a judge??

Incompetent Las Vegas Review Journal Columnist Victor Joecks

The Las Vegas Review Journal Columnist Victor Joecks fails to explain how Sunny Bailey amassed more than 150 supporters in less than 24 hours BEFORE the public knew of her intentions to become a judge?

Mr. Joecks interviewed Sunny Bailey and other politcal candidates on a Youtube channel sponsored by his employer. However, there was no mention of how Ms. Bailey amassed so many endorsements and donors in such a short period of time.

As an Oriental female, Sunny Bailey has sought and received the endorsements of lawyers, police unions, and others.

We are well aware that one can buy Twitter and social media followers. With a well-placed politicial consultant, endorsements can also be bought, shared, and re-used.

There is no evidence that Hon. Cheryl Moss publicly announced her retirement before Sunny Bailey registered her website. What day did Glen Las Vegas Review Journal Editor Cook or his punkish side-kick Victor Joecks publicly announce that Honorable Moss would be stepping down??

When your newspaper is owned by a religious group who disavowed the birth of Jesus, and when your soul has been sold to the Devil, is it any wonder why credibility loses?

On September 12,2020, white boy Victor Joecks of the Las Vegas Review-Journal wrote "There is far more evidence that Black Lives Matter protesters are systemically violent than there is that police are systemically racist.."

It would be nice to know which B.L.M. groups have armed themselves like white Militia movements. Apparently, none. This is the sort of statement to be expected from a 5th-grade child or a white boy who could only attend Hillsdale College.

Low I.Q. Victor Joecks apparently lacks the genetic ability and/or I.Q. to understand that white-dominated militia groups have shadowed B.L.M. protesters, and used legitimate protest marches as a cover to engage in violence.

Victor Joecks is a white boy; a pale, privileged white male who lacks athletic, intelligence, and academic ability. He is the sort of privileged white male who is too dumb to qualify for a real job and therefore he relies on the fraud of white privilege to receive preferential hiring treatment.

After dropping nearly $2,000 with the Las Vegas Review Journal in advertisements, is it any wonder why the same newspaper endorsed Sunny Bailey AND refused to publish critical facts of her campaign?

A review of the timeline of Sunny Bailey filing her papework to become a Nevada judge vs. Sunny Bailey registering and launching a completed website should be scrutinized.

The list of endorsements and supporters of Sunny Bailey should therefore be considered as a sham until Sunny Bailey provides detailed evidence and a day-by-day timeline when she seduced each supporter.

An Impeachment hearing should require an evidentiary process calling for EACH AND EVERY public supporter of Sunny Bailey to provide a detailed timeline of How, When, Where, and during which Case or Court Appearance did Sunny Bailey approach or obtain her supporter(s) for an endorsement.

How does this relate to the ethics and integrity of Sunny Bailey? Sunny Bailey does not provide a Privacy and Disclosure Policy on her sunny bailey website; Sunny Bailey already had over 100 endorsements before she even publicly announced her intention to become a judge.
