On October 23, 2018, the Nevada Judicial Selection Commission, recommended three candidates, including Soonhee Bailey, 48, Las Vegas, to the Eighth Judicial District Family Court. It is routine that all judicial nominations be approved by the Governor's Office.

Honorable Governor Brian Sandoval *REJECTED* the judicial application of Sunny Bailey for very valid reasons. Why?

Honorable Governor Brian Sandoval correctly concluded that Soonhee Sunny Bailey is unfit, cannot be trusted, and that Soonhee Sunny Bailey apparently lacks the moral qualifications required of a fair, fit, and independent judge.
