Sunny Bailey Defeats Yvette Chevalier Lopez

Yvette Chevalier Lopez contested Nevada Judicial candidate Soonhee Sunny Bailey in the primary election held on June 9th, 2020.

The final tally had Yvette Chevalier Lopez getting 25% of the vote while Oriental Soonhee Sunny Bailey used her ties and suspicious endorsements to reach 42%.

In a live debate with Sunny Bailey, the slow-speaking and mild-mannered Yvette Chevalier Lopez raised the issue that Sunny Bailey had possibly been canvassing for supporters and endorsements while on the bench or during her employment as a Hearing Master.

Sleepy Yvette Chevalier Lopez stated that she found the actions and numerous endorsements of Sunny Bailey by various police unions, labor unions, and lawyers as troubling.

However, Yvette Chevalier Lopez failed to probe this issue further because she lacked the moral courage as a Latino.

Sleepy Yvette Chevalier lacked energy, and vigor. Due to her timid nature, Yvette Chevalier Lopez often refused further comments on controversial facts about Sunny Bailey.

Despite a substantial amount of public facts regarding her opponent, Yvette Chevalier Lopez ignored records tying Sunny Bailey to suspicious and/or questionable acts.

Sunny Bailey Defeated Nevada Judicial Candidate Yvette Chevalier Lopez because of the fact that Yvette Chevalier Lopez was too weak, was too sleepy, was too timid, was too afraid, and was apparently too dumb to argue the facts.

Nevada Lawyer Yvette Chevalier Lopez Loses Despite Overwhelming Mexican Population Base in Las Vegas

Yvette Chevalier Lopez failed to research facts and commentary published by the Official Vote No Sunny Bailey website.

Mexicans and Hispanics account for at least 34% of the population in Las Vegas, while Orientals account for barely 6% of the population in Las Vegas.

Given her failure and refusal to use these over-whelming numbers, her failure to recite or research public facts about Soonhee Sunny Bailey, Yvette Chevalier Lopez deserved to lose in the primary election.

In fact, Soonhee Sunny Bailey even convinced Ms. Peter Guzman, leader of the Latina (a/k/a/ Mexican) Chamber of Commerce, and another Latino Las Vegas Lawyer, Carmen Amen, to formally endorse the Soonhee Sunny Bailey campaign for Department I of the Eighth Judicial District.

Weakness of Las Vegas Lawyer Yvette Chevalier Lopez to Recite Negative Facts about Soonhee Sunny Bailey

During a District Court Family Division Department I Debate published by a Jewish-themed newspaper on May 9th, 2020, Nevada judicial candidate Yvette Chevalier Lopez was presented an opportunity to reveal damaging facts about Soonhee Sunny Bailey.

Instead, Yvette Chevalier Lopez demonstrated the same colors typical of many Hispanic/Latino families, and their disgraced role model Aaron Hernandez.

Las Vegas Lawyer Yvette Chevalier Lopez apparently comes from a family of cowards, and a family of losers who refuse to aggressively debate an opponent on facts and culture.

The Jewish-sponsored debate featured an episode where Soonhee Sunny Bailey remarked that her child was born with autism, and has frequent episodes of being violent.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez never inquired about the genetic fitness of Soonhee Sunny Bailey to become a Department I judge; the personal habits of Soonhee Sunny Bailey; the eating habits of Soonhee Sunny Bailey; the sleeping habits of Soonhee Sunny Bailey; the association of Soonhee Sunny Bailey with pets, insects, dogs, and other animals, etc.

Neither did weak Yvette Chevalier Lopez demand scientific, legal, and medical evidence proving that Soonhee Sunny Bailey WAS NOT GENETICALLY DEFECTIVE, AND THUS UNFIT TO BE JUDGE!

Granted these are controversial talking points, but are legal.

Victor Joecks, Jewish Endorsements of Soonhee Bailey, and Delayed Action of Criminal Arrivals (DACA)

Victor Joecks works for a Jewish-owned publication. He hosted the debate between the two Las Vegas Lawyers (Yvette Chevalier Lopez, and Soonhee Sunny Bailey).

In researching this Jewish puppet, Victor Joecks attempts to cast himself off as a political conservative. In reality, Victor Joecks is a white boy prostitute of the Jewish press. Victor Joecks is managed by Jews, owned by Jews, and takes orders from Jews!

Las Vegas Lawyer Yvette Chevalier Lopez failed and refused to denounce the practice of incentivizing illegal Mexican conduct. Children of illegal immigrants are themselves illegitimate Americans.

In googling the phrase "Victor Joecks and girlfriend", this Author did not immediately locate a single picture associating this supposed male with a woman. His face even looks homo.

Jewish host Victor Joecks did not have the courage or the integrity to ask either Soonhee Sunny Bailey or Yvette Chevalier Lopez about the position of providing child support to illegitimate immigrants.

Victor Joecks did, however, ask both candidates about the disparity of women being overwhelmingly awarded custody of children.

Judicial candidate Sunny Bailey replied that the Nevada legislature takes the position that both parents are presumed to be fit, and therefore joint custody is initially set.

Instead of countering the statement of Soonhee Sunny Bailey by directly answering the question of the host and demonstrating her knowledge of the law, and case authority, softy Yvette Chevalier Lopez announced that she agrees with Bailey.

In fact, Yvette Chevalier Lopez should have DISAGREED with Soonhee Bailey and recited the exact law inferred by the host (NRS 125C.0015) and noted that NRS 125C.0015 provides easy avenues for women to obtain primary custody.

Contrary to what Soonhee Sunny Bailey stated, there is no requirement for any female parent to seek a formal evidentiary hearing per NRS 125C.0015 inorder to seek full custody.

All it takes is for the female to hire corrupt lawyers employed by supporters of Sunny Bailey.

Sunny Bailey Out-Played and Defeated Lazy Hispanic Yvette Chevalier Lopez

Why do Hispanics make lazy political candidates? Sleepy Yvette Chevalier Lopez. Sunny Bailey Defeated a Soft, Weak, Sleepy, and Lazy Hispanic Yvette Chevalier Lopez.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez ran a campaign touting her ties and support of the Hispanic community. It is fair game to now criticize her worth to the same community.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez apparently assumed that because she is Latina, and that her mexican name is on the ballot, that would be good enough for mexicans and Latina women to support her.

Despite having witnessed Sunny Bailey amass numerous questionable endorsements and support from various unions, police protective leagues, etc., Yvette Chevalier Lopez failed and refused to present a strategic assault on the Sunny Bailey campaign.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez did not research from the Nevada Secretary of State website various contributions made to the Sunny Bailey campaign by corrupt lawyers, out-of-state donors, and corrupt police associations.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez refused to post counter-videos for each video posted by Sunny Bailey.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez refused to research the actual legal record of Sunny Bailey, and review cases involving Sunny Bailey and her numerous supporters.

Yvette Refused to knock on at least 200 doors a day to remind voters what Soonhee Sunny Bailey is and what Soonhee Sunny Bailey represents.

In affect, the Northern Mexican Yvette Chevalier Lopez was simply too weak, and too much of a coward.

Sunny Bailey Endorsement by Jew-controlled Publications

Sunny Bailey has been endorsed by Jew-controlled publications. Yvette Chevalier Lopez failed to discuss that fact.

Victor Joecks further revealed the Sunny Bailey originally sought to become a District Court Judge in 2012. Sunny Bailey was asked why she believes she is now qualified to become a Family Court judge given the vast difference of qualifications for the two positions.

Sunny Bailey replied like a liar that she had been a hearing master for 5 years and now, suddenly, her passion was in Family Courts.

Instead of paraphrasing the host and feeding off of his implied statements that Sunny Bailey was seeking a higher-paying gig for the money, Yvette Chevalier Lopez deferred and ultimately agreed with her opponent's right to seek any judicial position regardless of qualifications. Wow!

In fact, in 2012, Sunny Bailey was not even a Hearing Master (a fact ignored by dumb-ass Yvette Chevalier Lopez) but currently touted by Sunny Bailey as her primary advantage. That glaring inconsistent fact was missed by slow-thinking Yvette Chevalier Lopez.

In other words, some Nevada voters are of the opinion that Sunny Bailey is running for a Nevada Family Court position to boost her pay-scale.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez wasted her time in the campaign. Sunny Bailey opponent Yvette Chevalier Lopez was too much of a coward or simply too dumb to raise numerous issues.

Conclusion: Sunny Bailey Exposed Yvette Chevalier Lopez as Lazy, Incompetent, and Stupid!

Why did Yvette Chevalier Lopez run against Soonhee Sunny Bailey in the first place knowing that she would be asleep at the wheel?? Wake up Yvette! Stop making those late night runs at the Taco stand!

An argument can be made that Yvette Chevalier Lopez is a complete, total, and unmitigated disgrace to Latina women. She portrayed herself as weak, timid, genetically inferior, too afraid, and too reserved.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez failed to address questionable ethics and integrity of the Jewish publication that hosted the debate, nor its Jewish employees.

Yvette Chevalier Lopez should be barred from further participating as a Nevada judicial candidate until and unless she gets a straight and dry backbone .

The public record of Soonhee Sunny Bailey suggests that she is a judicial job-shopper. Every 5 years she seems to apply for higher-paying government jobs.

Let's not even discuss the failed Bailey Law Practice. Successful lawyers DO NOT ACCEPT HEARING MASTER POSITIONS!!

Lawyers that are honest, ethical, and concerned about their legal careers do not support judical con-arists, but they do support Free-speech.

The mother and father of Yvette Chevalier Lopez should be ashamed knowing that their daughter did not have the backbone or courage to confront a scary judicial monster named Soonhee Sunny Bailey.

Now that she has lost, and disgraced herself, Yvette Chevalier Lopez can return to the corner-street Taco stand where she apparently belongs.
